Code of Conduct 与会须知

 

2025 The 18th International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2025) will be held in Singapore on June 20-22, 2025. The objective of ICCEE is to present the latest research and results of scientists (preferred students, PhD Students, and post-doc scientists) related to Computer and Electrical Engineering topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. 

In order to attend the conference smoothly, you need to know the below points that will be displayed with Q & A.

 

1/ How to attend this conference?

 You can submit a full papers(publication purpose) or an abstract(presentation only). If not, you also can register as a listener directly.

 

2/ How long to get the review feedback?

The submission feedback will be assigned with Paper ID within 3 workdays after your submission. Then your paper will be submitted for review. The result will be returned around 20-30 days. The earlier you submit your paper, the earlier feedback you will get.

 

3/ How to know the submission or register is successful?

After you submit the paper or finish the payment, you will get the reply from the conference secretary within 2 or 3 workdays. If you didn't receive the timely feedback, please contact the conference secretary via email or wechat or call directly.

 

4/ Personal and property safety awareness

Recently, we found that there are a fake website where will copy our conference information(like photos, statements,etc) to cheat our authors' registration. Sometimes, we will receive the complaint from authors. Kindly notice that we will contact you via only the emails or phone on our official website. Please only do submit and register with the correct link on our website or sent by the secretary. Please be alert to any unsolicited requests for your credit card information.

 

5/ Special Notice

Onsite participation will be prior, but ICCEE will accept online presentation also.

 

6/ Disclaimer

All the participants should wear the name tag when attend the onsite conference. Please keep all your belongings. The conference organizing committee or the hotel staff will not be responsible for your any loss.

 

7/ Cancellation Policy

Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

If someone has to withdraw the paper or get the refund, the author should follow the refund rules and time principal. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the ICCEE Conference Secretary in advance.

Cancellations received on or before March 1, 2025 are entitled to refund minus 10% processing fee.
Cancellations received on or after March 1, 2025 but before May 1, 2025 are entitled to refund minus 30% processing fee.
Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2025 but before June 1, 2025 are entitled to refund minus 50% processing fee.

No refund will be allowed after June 1, 2025.

The organizing committee will not pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

ICCEE cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.

Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
